Well it's taken a long time, but welcome to the new ANPA website.

The old site had been with us since 2009 and there have been many advances in development and tools since then.

In the past few weeks I have been chasing the registrar of the anpa.com.au domain name all around the world to China and beyond to make this site appear, I am so glad I don't have to do any more head scratching.

While at first glance this might just be a prettier version of the old site, it has a lot of built-in features to be rolled out in future, such as a retail shop and a members-only section for soft copy newsletters.

The draft ANPA logo featured on the home page is one of four (including the existing logo) we will be asking members to vote on in an online poll in the recently-established ANPA Facebook group.

The aim of the group is to promote positive interaction between financial members and before joining you must answer two questions, one of which relates to the rules in place. This page is very much a trial and if it causes more problems than it solves it will be taken down.

I hope those of you able to attend the National in Adelaide earlier this month enjoyed it as much as I did. So far there are no reports of Rota from the show and let's hope the vaccine proves effective.
