Committee to meet for AGM

For the information of members: The AGM held last Sunday did not reach a quorum. In line with the Constitution (12d) If a quorum is not achieved at an AGM, the Committee must transact the business of the Association by meeting group email or phone hook-up within two months of the set AGM date. Accordingly, the Committee is set to meet next week to consider the agenda of the AGM via ZOOM.
