ANPA adopts policies and procedures

The ANPA Committee adopted a series of new policies and procedures at it's meeting held at the Wagga Wagga National.

The policies cover a range of issues around how the association deals with complaints, membership applications and correspondence, as well as putting in place firm guidelines for those elected to committee positions, or those appointed by the committee to carry out roles such as Membership Coordinator.

The initiative is part of a move to modernise the running of ANPA and give clarity around the way it conducts all its relationships.
